- Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: Cordova Delineated Area: North: Hwy 177 and Dexter Road East:� North Walnut Bend Road South: Wolf River Blvd/Humphreys Blvd West:� IH 240 and Sam Cooper Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,631 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,863 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 reserved spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 9 reserved spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 490 SF of light industrial space is required (within the SF range requested). 800 SF fenced/secured wareyard to park ATV/trailer (in addition to the SSF requested). Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
