Ft. (ABOA): 2,618 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,749 Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft. 3,142 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 17 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 15 yrs. Firm Term: 5 yrs. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
