- (i)�This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�FAR subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. (ii)�The�solicitation�number is W912L5-24-Q-0008 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii)�The�solicitation�document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular 2024-02 dated January 22, 2024. (iv)�This is a total small business set-aside. NAICS code is 314999 All Other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills. Small business size standard is 550 employees. (v)�List of line item numbers and items, quantities, and units of measure. See attached RFQ and purchase description. (vi)�Description of requirements for the items to be acquired. See attached RFQ and purchase description. (vii)�Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. See attached RFQ and purchase description. (viii)�The provision at FAR�52.212-1, Instructions to�Offerors-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition. See attached RFQ. (ix)�The provision at FAR�52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies. See attached RFQ. (x)�Offerors�must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR�52.212?3 and 52.212-3 (Alternate I), Offeror�Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, with their offer. (xi)�The clause at FAR�52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition.
