- This solicitation is to retrofit part of the HVAC system at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics in White City, OR. Please see solicitation and attachments for details including magnitude of project. An organized site visit was held for this project for Thursday, 11 January 2024 at 1300 Pacific. A second organized site visit will be held for this project Thursday, 8 February 2024 at 1300 Pacific. No alternate arrangements for a site visit are available or offered at this time. Recommendation to Interested Parties: Interested Parties submitting an offer are advised that it may be in their best interest to ensure that they submit a vendor add request through VA Financial Service Center (FSC) or ensure that their SAM record and existing vendor file with VA FSC are up to date and matching to avoid any potential delay in award and/or payment if they are selected as awardee.
