- The solicitation number for this procurement is FA483024Q0013 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation. The above mentioned number shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS) Change 12/22/2023 and the Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) Change 07/07/2023. This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 611699 with a size standard of $16.5 million. Requirement: The 38th RQS requires a tactical paramedic refresher that satisfies the requirements of the NREMT-P bi-annual re-certification.�Critical requirements for the course include: NREMT-P Bi-annual re-certification ACLS/PALS re-certification PHTLS re-certification Access to 60 hours of Online CAPCE approved courses including PEPP, PHTLS, AMLS over 12 month Further details are provided in�the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
