- THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS POSTED AT THE BETA.SAM.GOV WEBSITE AT sam.gov/ . THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AT THIS TIME AS THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT - READ CAREFULLY. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract. DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Tactical Rinse System for C-130J and HH-60 aircrafts. Required Salient Characteristics: Fully autonomous system to include pilot activation. Programmable to rinse both HH60 and C-130 aircraft. Self-containment with water recovery, filtration, and recycling. Auxiliary power supply and water tanks. No modifications to installations facilities or infrastructure (i.e., above ground plumbing, generator power supply, and water storage). Minimum of 3-year sustainment package to include scheduled maintenance and system performance checks. Minimum of 1-year warranty on parts and labor. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis only. This SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Gabreski Air National Guard Base (106th RQW) is seeking potential small business sources (including Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a) etc. Contractor is required to supply system then perform inspection, service, required performance checks. �The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform maintenance inspections, testing, load testing and provide certifications for all inspections and tests performed.�� Location will be at 150 Old Riverhead RD, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. Upon completion of each inspection, maintenance and load test, the contractor shall complete a comprehensive written report for each piece of equipment to be provided to POC within 30 days of completion. No solicitation is currently available. Qualified Small Business sources should respond and include the following information: 1. Offerors name, address, Point of Contact, telephone number, and e-mail address. 2. Offerors business size to include designation as SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), etc. 3. Statement of Capability (SOC) is limited to 5 pages.� See attached DRAFT Description of Service. Responses must be received no later than Friday, 16FEB24, 2:00 PM Eastern. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via email to: sara_margaret.luna.1@us.af.mil and anthony.kirincic@us.af.mil. Include the following in the subject line: Sources Sought DEICER REPAIR. No facsimile responses will be honored. Any costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne by the offeror and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement.
