THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 5.2 �SYNOPSES OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTIONS� NAICS 561210 Facilities Support Services� PRODUCT SUPPLY CODE: S216, Facilities Support RESPONSE DEADLINE: �19 February 2024 USAREUR-AF G3 has requirement to provide Life Support Area (LSA), Media Operations Center (MOC), Helicopter Landing Zones (HLZs) and Catering Support services for 1,200 soldiers to support the commemoration of the 80th Annual D-Day Ceremony in at St. Mere Eglise, Carentan, and Omaha in Normandy, France from 27 May 2024 to June 10th, 2024. Draft performance work statements (PWS) are attached to this synopsis to provide industry and early look of the Government�s requirement. Vendors are encouraged to review the draft PWSs and submit any questions using the �Industry Questions to Government� (attachment 3) to the Government. This synopsis is being posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.203.� The Government anticipates offering a Site Visit in Normandy, France. Further details, date & time, will be specified in the solicitation.� This synopsis is not Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), or a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an IFB, RFP, or RFQ in the future. The US Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be reimbursed. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
