- F-5N/F 275 Gallon Fuel Tanks�� Please refer to Sources Sought with Solicitation # N00421F5FT, FUEL TANKS NIIN: 1560-01-071-4191 FOR F-5 AIRCRAFT for any previous information regarding this requirement.� � INTRODUCTION� This is a pre-solicitation notice only.� The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), PMA-226 Specialized and Proven Aircraft, Adversary Integrated Product Team (IPT), is considering procurement of F-5N/F Fuel Tanks, Two Hundred Seventy Five (275) Gallons. There are multiple NSNs and P/Ns available. Suitable P/Ns: P/N K287002-1, P/N 14-28700-5, P/N 14-28700-13, P/N 24-275-48096, P/N 24-275-48096-3, P/N 24-275-48096G, P/N 24-275-48096H.� �� ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE� This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with deliveries one (1) year from contract award.� ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE� The anticipated period of performance will begin on or about 01 May 2024.�� ELIGIBILITY� This will be a full and open, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413, size standard 1,250 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 1680, Miscellaneous Aircraft Accessories and Components.�� REQUIREMENTS� The Contractor shall manufacture/delivery Ready for Issue (RFI) 275 gallon fuel tanks. There are multiple NSNs and P/Ns available. Suitable P/Ns: P/N K287002-1, P/N 14-28700-5, P/N 14-28700-13, P/N 24-275-48096, P/N 24-275-48096-3, P/N 24-275-48096G, P/N 24-275-48096H. Issued fuel tanks must meet requirements In Accordance With (IAW) MIL-T-18847C. The hardware delivered shall be accompanied by a Form FAA 8130-3 � Authorized Release Certificate or a Certificate of Conformance.� Non-recurring engineering (NRE) shall include incorporation of Application Security and Development (AS&D) and other applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and will scan the software program for known vulnerabilities using Nessus Tenable or a similar program in accordance with Security Content Application Protocol (SCAP) requirements. � � More information will�be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation number N00421-24-R-0030 to be posted on the System for Award Management website at http://www.SAM.gov on or about 20 February 2024 to close 30 days from the RFP issue date.��� � The Sources Sought N00421F5FT is closed, and this current notice is NOT a request for capability statements or questions.
