- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command, WPM-280 has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Delivery Order to Raytheon Company1151 E Hermans RD. Tucson, AZ 85756-9367, for the Tomahawk All-Up-Round (AUR) Delta Electromagnetic Vulnerability (D-EMV) Qualification, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0007. This contract was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. � 3204(a)(l) (formerly 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(l)[l]) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.
