Description

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity � Southern Markets Contract Division intends to award a sole source requirement for STERIS equipment maintenance and repair for the Naval Hospital Pensacola, Florida, to STERIS Corporation (Cage Code: 0NWN1) located at 5960 Heisley Road, Mentor, Ohio 44060-1834 under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). This notice is neither a request for competitive quotations nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. Responses to this notice should include: 1. Written narrative (not to exceed 1 page) of Contractor�s capability to provide maintenance and repair for the following equipment: SVC: STERIS Corp, RELIANCE GENFORE, QTY: 1 each SVC: STERIS Corp, AMSCO 400, QTY: 5 each SVC: STERIS Corp, AMSCO 2532 WASHER, QTY 1 each SVC: STERIS Corp, SMALL CENTURY, QTY 3 each SVC: STERIS Corp, AMSCO 400 60 PVAC, QTY 2 each SVC: STERIS Corp, CAVIWAVE ULTRASONIC, QTY 1 each SVC: STERIS Corp, AMSCO 5052, QTY 1 each SVC: STERIS Corp, ADVANTAGE PLUS, QTY 2 each 2. Company Size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; 3. Commercial and Government Entity; 4. The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concerns, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, veteran- owned small business, and Point of Contact information to include name, email address and telephone number. 5. There is a future possibility of additional STERIS equipment maintenance and repair �services to be added under the resultant contract from this Notice of Intent.� These additional services would cover Military Treatment Facilities under the DHACA-SMCD Area of Responsibility. 6. Responses to this notice should be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Sylas Younger at sylas.a.younger.civ@health.mil or the Contracting Officer, Mr. Marcus Mattingly at marcus.h.mattingly.civ@health.mil. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. CT on 16 February 2024.
