- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904024Q0065. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-02 and DFARS Change 12/22/2023. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541380 and the Small Business Standard is $19 (millions of dollars). This is a solicitation has been made available for (unrestricted) Full & Open Competition. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: 0001������ NRTL FIELD EVALUATION 1 Initial Field Evaluation for a SEP-120 Piranha Hydraulic Punch by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. 0002������ DATA REQUIREMENTS Deliverable Data Requirements (Field Evaluation Report) for CLIN 0001 as required by and in accordance with the attached�Statement of Work. 0003� � � �NRTL FIELD EVALUATION UPP&R Unplanned Parts and Labor identified by the vendor during performance of CLIN 0001 that are required in order to meet Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) standards prior to production use in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.�NTE amt to be established at time of award. All proposed costs to be submitted by the vendor for review and approval by the Contracting Office prior to final payment. Requested Period of Performance: 2/19/2024 � 9/30/2024 (as coordinated with the technical code upon award) Place of Performance:�Building 92, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. Please fully review the Statement of Work (SOW), and the Instructions and Repair Parts Manual attached to this solicitation. Please provide a breakdown of pricing into parts & labor when applicable. The Contracting Officer will utilize any available information, public or otherwise, to evaluate Vendor Responsibility.
