- Long Term Contracting Effort RFP SPE4A524R0118 DLA is seeking to add the below NSN�s to existing Long Term Contract SPE4AX-18-D-9402 / Subsumable Contract SPE4AX-18-D-9412.� The Solicitation will request pricing thru 4/30/2028.� This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition.� In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in order to be considered for any future procurements of these NSNs.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
