The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Best Value (see criteria below) To be considered technically acceptable, items must meet the following: Windows 10 or 11 OS 320 slice or equivelent Must hold 650 lbs minimum Initial training upon installation and additional training for new techs at no cost Best Trade-In value and de-installation with removal.
