Description

This is Amendment No. 0001 to RFQ FA520524QB014. This solicitation has been amended from its original state. Specific alterations have been highlighted in green for sake of clarity.� Offerors are required to use the RFQ documents attached to this notice in submitting quotes.� Please see the following attachments for the most up-to-date version of each document: FA520524QB014-0001 - Sports Officials Service, Misawa Air Base, Japan Attachment 01 - Performance Work Statement (rev. 07 Feb 2024) Exhibit A-E - Price List (07 Feb 2024) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.�The Government reserves the right to make award to the responsible vendor whose offer is both responsive and conforming to requirements in the item description below to represent the best overall price to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is FA520524QB014; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2024-02, DFARS Change 12/22/2023, and DAFAC 2023-0707. This acquisition will be competed via the open commercial market IAW FAR 12.203. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Questions are due no later than 1:00 PM Japan Standard Time, 15 Feb 2024. Any questions submitted after may not be considered timely. Untimely questions may not be answered before the deadline for quote submission. Quotes are due no later than 1:00 PM Japan Standard Time, 1 Mar 2024. Failure to provide quotes before the listed date and time may result in a quote being considered untimely, and the company considered unresponsive. Untimely quotes may not be considered for award unless if deemed in the best interest of the Government. All attachments should be reviewed and submitted with applicable information filled in as needed to submit an accurate quote with all relevant/requested company information in order to not be considered unresponsive.
