Page 3 of 3 THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE AN INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT FEBRUARY 27, 2024. Abatement and Clean-up at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center Waco, TX. 36C25724B0015 The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the services to abate and clean-up Buildings 17 and 14. All work performed will be done at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility Buildings 17 and 14 in Waco, at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45.0 M. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. A site visit will be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation, the date, time and location will be posted in the solicitation. The POC for this project will be Michael Walls. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer.  Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetCert prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
