The items will be advertised for solicitation through the Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) website.� To participate as a potential source, your company must be registered as a CHESS Contract Holder.� The CHESS Program is the Army's designated primary source for Commercial IT.� CHESS provides a no-fee flexible procurement strategy through which the Army can procure Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) IT hardware, software, and services.� This process is authorized in accordance with Army Regulation 25-1 (Army Knowledge Management and Information Technology) and AFARS 5139.101-90(a)(1).� All interested parties must refer to https://chess.army.mil/ for more information.
