Description

This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at six (6) locations in Indiana. The performance period is March 01, 2024 to February 28, 2025, with four (4) 12-month option periods, and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to Mr. Jon Dahl at jon.m.dahl4.civ@army.mil Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central standard time (CST) zone. It is the contractor�s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes: Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section, Completed Price Schedule attachment, and Signed SF30 Solicitation Amendment (if applicable). If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Places of Performance: Army Reserve Facilities IN002: 520 S WOODCREST DR., BLOOMINGTON, IN 47401 IN004: BLDG 724 ATTERBURY CP., EDINBURGH, IN 46124 IN005: 2900 E DIVISION ST., EVANSVILLE, IN 47711 IN020: 1100 PENN ST., JEFFERSONVILLE IN, 47130 IN032: 601 ARMORY PL., SCOTTSBURG, IN 47170 IN036: 401 E DAVIS DR., TERRE HAUTE, IN 47802 *** No Site-Visit will be held for this Requirement.*** Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than Thursday, February 15, 2024, by 10:00 a.m. CST. Telephone, written, or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
