Description

The pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.� This is not a solicitation.� Vendors shall not submit quotes until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements:� DoDEA requires course content that meets the College Board standards for quality curriculum, instruction, and assessments for an online AP� Art History course and the DoDEA College and Career Readiness Standards for Literacy (CCRSL), which may be found at the following URL: https://www.dodea.edu/education/college-and-career-ready/english-literacy. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513130 (Book Publishers), and the applicable PSC is 7610 (Books and Pamphlets).� Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a quote. � DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125424Q0016 in support of this requirement.� This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This requirement will be competed as a 100% small business set-aside.� The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract.� The period of performance will consist of a 12-month contract. �The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 29 February 2024 and an anticipated award date is on or about 24 May 2024.� Attachment(s): Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for HE125424Q0016, AP Art History Custom Content is attached to this pre-solicitation notice.
