- Description
- The requirement is for a Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. We are SEEKING SOURCES�for service utility providers. These UESC will minimize energy consumption and costs while meeting operation and mission requirements with potential energy and water saving projects, including but not limited to, lighting upgrades, renewable energy solar system, utility monitoring control system (UMCS) upgrades, heating ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC) upgrades, central energy savings initiatives, natural gas generators, battery energy storage systems, microgrids, and electrical transmission line with substation connection.
