Hello All, Due to the overwhelming feedback from Industry relaying confusion with RSVPs, we were granted approval to re-open registration for the next 48 hours. We request that any companies outstanding on registering, do so No later than 1700, 16 February. If you registered in the latest iteration of Registration deadlines (Jan 29 - Feb 9), there is NO ACTION Required.� As a reminder the Space (Ops) C2 Industry Days will occur between the 26-28 February.�Below will be the EAL information, the invitation�which includes all the VAR information needed. Additional note for all parties interested in LOE 0: we will no longer have a separate track for One-on-Ones w/Gov.� This serves a Last reminder: Everything is required to be in by 1700, 16 February, no exceptions. Additionally, all VAR requests, one-on-one w/gov requests, and attendance to the Classified sessions are NOT guaranteed with a late registration. �Registration Information: Please register at https://einvitations.afit.edu/inv/index.cfm?i=816285&k=0A60440B7352 We kindly request that each individual register separately. Due to facility limitations, each organization/company is limited to a maximum of 2 attendees. Do NOT readily have access to a military facility (via Retirement, Spousal privilege, Disabled Veteran status or otherwise) �. A person in possession of such document must have another form of picture identification such as a US passport. Non-US Citizens must be identified on EAL by providing their passport/green card/visa number. Additionally, when EAL is submitted photocopy cl passport/green card/visa is required within email for Non-US Citizens. Last Name, First Name, Middle Name: SCOTT, TYLER ROBERT (NOT BOB) Date of Birth: MONTH/DAY/YEAR (Ex: 06/28/1978) Driver's License Number and State: All Numbers, Letters and State of Issuance must be included (Ex: X01234567 CA) Last 4 of Social Security Number (SSN): Mandatory for All Listed on EAL ADDITIONAL / FYSA Once EAL is finalized no additions will be added NLT one day prior to event. All additional guests must receive visitor pass from Visitor Control Center. If an individual's information is submitted incorrectly or cannot be properly vetted, they will not be allowed access, and the respective name will be listed as DENIED in the EAL. The SBD 3 reserves the right to terminate any EAL due to: Non-compliance, increased Force Protections Conditions and/or Health Protection Condition measures. This list is not all inclusive. The first day will be focused on Contracts and Mission Overviews with opportunities for One-on-Gov sessions.
