- DIA Speaker Series 20 February 2024 from 10:00-11:00am (Eastern Time). Non-CAC holders can join the meeting (link below) as an external participant, provided they are not logged into another instance of MS Teams at the time of the meeting.� External participants can join from any device, including iPads, phones, & computers. �As a reminder, you must be logged out of any other MS Teams instance prior to trying to sign in via the link.� The option for ""watch on the Web instead"" successfully opens the link without having to be in a Teams application.
