THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government�s requirement to lease a 48�x60� mobile office trailer, to be delivered to Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold AFB, TN. The Government anticipates the mobile office will remain on site at AEDC between one and five years. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a small business size standard of $40M. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include: Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e- mail address of company point of contact. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number. Technical data and model of mobile office proposed to meet the requirement along with a budgetary estimate. Submission: Provide your response no later than 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) on 22 February 2024, via email to Contracting Officer Ms. Haley Smith at haley.smith.10@us.af.mil.
