- N66001-24-Q-6088 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order to LatentAI Inc. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to LatentAI, Inc. Entity ID Q5LDAEQA8DA8, CAGE Code 94EB7, of 30 Vreeland DR STE 1-3. Skillman, New Jersey 08558-2637, United States The requirement is for the following LEIP Software Licenses and Support Package: Manufacturer: LatentAI, Inc. Description: LEIP SDK Essential Bundle; Includes 5 LEIP SDK User Licenses Part Number: LAI-LEIP-ESS Quantity: 1 Period of Performance: 8 months Manufacturer: LatentAI, Inc. Description: Latent AI Premium Support Package Part Number: LAI-SUP-MC Quantity: 1 Period of Performance: 8 months The Government intends to negotiate solely with LatentAI, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519 � Other Computer Related Services and the size standard is $34,000,000. Please be advised the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interest parties must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via email ONLY to dane.j.black.civ@us.navy.mil by 27 February 2024, 12 PM Pacific Time.
