Description

National Institutes of Health is seeking to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) whether they are small businesses; HUBZone small businesses; service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses; 8(a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; or small disadvantaged businesses; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541380 with a $19.0 size standards in millions of dollars for the proposed acquisition to provide inspection services for Guidelines on Good Clinical Laboratory Practice, GCLP, compliance and certification. ��The project description is for inspection and audit of Guidelines on Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) areas, procedures, equipment and training records for compliance and certificate.� �The current certification expires Ql 2024. The objective is to renew the lab�s compliance certificate.� Period of performance is for one year after the date of award.� An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. Any potential offers should respond with their capability statement by 11:00am on Friday, February 23, 2024.� Capability statements must reference similar work that has been performed by the offeror and the dollar value of that work.� Potential offers must indicate business size in their capability statement.� THIS IS A MARKET SURVEY, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.� All submissions and questions must be directed in writing, to Rita Davis at rita.davis@nih.gov.
