Review of Instructions to Bidders, dated 02/15/2024 Review and acceptance of the ANL-71 COM Terms and Conditions Review and Acceptance of ANL-366H,�High-Risk Work by Contractors on the Argonne Site Supplemental Conditions Review of Statement of Work, entitled �NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE RECYCLING, COMPOST, AND DISPOSAL�, dated January 2024 Review� of�Annual Argonne National Laboratory�s Waste Types & Estimated Quantities, dated 02/15/2024 Review of�Dumpster Pickup Schedule, dated 02/01/2024 Completion of�Reps & Certs, ANL-70B, dated 06/06/2022 Completion of�Pricing Schedule RFQ: 4-B175-Q-00277-00 Completion of�the ANL-548, Organizational Conflicts of Interest isclsure/Representation form Executed ANL-70 Request for Quotation (Signed on Page 1) Proposal Certificate of Insurance Provide the earliest start date of services Provide Price Justification in the form of a public pricelist or redacted invoice to support quoted pricing.
