- AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 02/20/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a question and answer document to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0073 is for a multi-sample UV-Vis spectrophotometer for DNA quantification and quality assessment in accordance with the Specifications (Specs) provided in the �Attachments/Links� section. The associated NAICS is 334516 (�Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing�) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (�Laboratory Equipment and Supplies�). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (�12505B24Q0073�) and/or title (""Multi-Sample UV-Vis Spectrophotometer for DNA Quantification and Quality Assessment"") in the subject line, body, or attachments. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, February 19, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental ""Supporting Information Form"" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see ""Additional Information"" in the �Attachments/Links� section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, February 26, 2024.
