- Amendment 0002 is issued.� The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to correct quantities for the following CLINs. MFH CLINs:�0008, 0009, 1007,�1008, 2007, 2008,�3007, 3008, 4007,4008 MUNS CLINs:�0007, 0008,�1006,�1007,�2006, 2007,�3006,�3007,�4006,�4007 Please see attached Amendment 0002.� Amendment 0001 has been issued. Please see attachment- Amendment 0001 for details.� The purpose of this amendment is to:� 1) Provide answers to the question received. 2) Provide the revised Attachment 6 � Equipment List. 3)�Correct a typological error on paragraph B, page 46 of the solicitation. It should read as follows. Part I - Technical Capability Part II - Past Performance Information Part III - Price and Contractor Information To clarify the date and time in the attachment and the RFQ.� Site Visit reservation form is due on January 29, 2024 at 10:00AM JST. (Attachment 5) Site Visit is scheduled on�31 January 2024 at 09:00 AM JST. Questions are due on�February 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM JST. (Attachment 4) Past Performance Data is due on February 9, 2024, at 4:00 PM JST. (Attachment 3) Quotes are due on�February 23rd, 2024, at 10:00 AM JST. This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quote for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote (RFQ); quotes are being requested . The RFQ FA527024QA002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will be conducted under FAR subpart 13.5.� This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quote. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, Effective 22 January 2024; DFARS 22 December 2023;�DAFFARS 7 July 2023.
