- VENDOR QUESTIONS/ANSWERS Can Govt. provide incumbent details (Contractor Name, Contract Value and Contractor Number)? Previous Contract number is 36C25218P4432. Please see FPDS (www. www.fpds.gov) for incumbent information. Are incumbents eligible to re bid on this? Yes. What is the anticipated award date? April 1, 2024. What is the maximum ceiling value of the project? This is not an IDIQ. It is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Referring to Page No. 25, Section E - Technical Capability: 1. Experience working with people with visual impairments: Years of experience providing administrative services to people with visual impairments. & 2. Visual software: Demonstrate proficiency in using software designed to support people with visual impairments, to include Job Access With Speech (JAWS) and Pearl Open Book software. - Are the above capabilities required for the key personnel or from the company? The referenced capabilities are required for all key personnel as outlined in the Statement of Work section of the Request for Quote. Could you please confirm the quote submission due date? All offers are due NLT February 26, 2024 @10:00am Local Time. Is this is a Reader Services requirement?
