- Amendment 0001 The purposes of this amendment are to: Correct the site visit date typo from 22 Feb 2023 to 22 Feb 2024 Update the NTP date to 14 May 24 Incorporate changes to the specifications into the solicitation. All terms and conditions remain unchanged. Contractors interested in seeing the site need to make a reservation with Irene Whitmer telephone (406) 526-3431or by e-mail at� � Irene.E.Whitmer@usace.army.mil.� We currently working on Amendment 0001 to "" W9128F24R0045 1 of 4"" to reflect the aforementioned date Project Description: Install outdoor station service transformer B, assume transformer will be moved from current location. Replace four existing 4160 switchgear including 4 vertical draw-out 4160-volt circuit breakers with horizontal draw out breakers of modern design and safety features. Replace� existing 4160-volt potential and current transformers associated with the 4160-volt bus. The Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 1045 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance. Estimated Construction Costs (only include if applicable): The estimated construction cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 237130; Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard for Small Business of $45M.
