- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Petersburg, Virginia, intends to issue solicitation 15B11424Q00000001 for the requirements of Continuous Religious Services. This solicitation is FOB Destination. SERVICE SCHEDULES WILL BE ESTABLISHED BY THE CHAPLAIN OR DESIGNEE.� SERVICE SCHEDULES MAY BE MODIFIED AS NEEDED BY THE AGENCY.� SERVICES MUST BEGIN NO LATER THAN 01 JULY 2024. Services will be conducted at FCC Petersburg Low, 1100 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. Services anticipated to begin by JULY 01 , 2024. ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� ���������� The contract type is a labor hour contract.� The Government reserves the right to award services by what is advantageous to the government.� The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, experience, education, delivery and past performance.
