- 405-24-003 Pain Clinic Light Structure White River Junction VA Medical Center This announcement constitutes a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This Notice is not required based on the magnitude of the project and FAR 5.101(a)(1), but is necessary due to system limitations in order to the RFQ on the Contract Opportunities. Please note, this is not a Request for Proposal or Quotation, and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will soon solicit for services of a qualified General Contracting firm to provide construction services allowing work in Building 39 (Mountains Building), 3rd floor, Room 351. Work will include manufacturing and mounting a structure in the ceiling to support a surgical light. The purpose of this notice is acquisition planning, to notify potential SDVOSB companies of forthcoming opportunities. Interested firms shall hold an active SAM registration.
