- The Kentucky National Guard has a requirement for Portable Latrines and Hand Washing Stations at the Wendell H Ford Regional Training Center (WHFRTC) in Greenville KY.� Award will be made to one (1) Contractor, and will be awarded based on Lowest Price. Contractor to provide Portable latrines and Hand washing stations as requested.� Latrines and Hand washing stations will be serviced on a weekly basis or as requested.�� See Solicitation W912KZ24R0005 attachment.� Pricing will be submitted on the pricing structure attachment provided.�
