- Amendment 0003: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to is to incorporate the following into Solicitation W912DW24B0Y1Y, for project entitled, �Repair Barnes Blvd. (J84004),)� on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington Extend the bid due date, see Note to Bidders and Summary of Changes for specifics. Note to Bidders: The due date for receipt of bids in response to this solicitation has been extended to 2 April 2024 at 10:00 A.M., the ProjNet window for questions will remain open for inquiries until the close of business on 26 March 2024 All other terms and conditions of this Solicitation remain unchanged. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside, restricted to 8(a) firms. As such, competition for this solicitation is set aside for eligible 8(a) firms ONLY. NAICS Code for this acquisition is 237310 � Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; Small Business Size Standard: $45M. The magnitude of construction for this anticipated contract is estimated to be between $7,500,000.00 and $15,000,000.00.
