Description

The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation is deemed to be the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. The VA North Texas Health Care System has established an ongoing requirement that requires a contractor to provide Medical Grade Bulk Liquid Oxygen. The Government facility owns its bulk oxygen tank system. The Contractor must utilize an off-site, automatic monitoring system (telemetry system) that independently monitors the system and notifies the Contractor when refills are required. The Contractor shall be required to make deliveries of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen throughout the life of the contract. The estimated quantities are 145,150.00 CCF for the facility annual requirement. This is a Base plus four (4) Option Year Contract. The anticipated Period of Performance is as follows: Base Year: 05/27/2024 to 05/26/2025 Option Year 1: 05/27/2025 to 05/26/2026 Option Year 2: 05/27/2026 to 05/26/2027 Option Year 3: 05/27/2027 to 05/26/2028 Option Year 4: 05/27/2028 to 05/26/2029 Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 12:00 PM CST, March 13, 2024, No later than 12:00 PM CST.
