- EXPRESSION OF INTEREST VA Outpatient Clinic (VAOC), Detroit, Michigan 36C25024R0104 The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Seeks Expressions of Interest for approximately 3,514 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managements Association (ANSI/BOMA) Square Feet (ABOA SF) of Outpatient Clinic (medical) Space in Detroit, Michigan. Notice: This advertisement is an advertisement of a potential opportunity. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. VA will consider leased space in existing buildings, new construction, or a building being constructed for multi-tenant use and not specifically a build-to-suit for VA only use. Lease Term: Up to Five (5) Years. Delineated Area: In order to receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area outlined below, which is bounded by the following roads, or must front on any of the following boundary lines: Northern Boundary: 12 Mile Road Eastern Boundary: Woodward Avenue Southern Boundary: 9 Mile Road Western Boundary: Greenfield Road
