Description
Phase 1 - The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) requires a tech refresh for the Special Operations Terminal Attack Controller Course (SOTACC) Simulator suite located in Hurlburt Field, FL. This effort is to replace the student terminals used by SOTACC to conduct initial training of SOF JTAC operators.� Phase 2 � install new systems at additional locations to include the following locations when ordered: Naval Special Warfare Group-Two (NSWG-2) in Little Creek, VA, Naval Special Warfare Group-Four (NSWG-4) Special Boat Team-Twelve (SBT-12) in Coronado, CA, NSWG-4 SBT-20 in Little Creek, VA, NSWG-4 SBT-22 in Stennis, MS, MARSOC in Stone Bay, NC., 75th Range Regiment, Ft. Moore, GA., and 1st Special Forces Command, Ft. Liberty, NC. Each classroom system will be comprised of (11) Gaming PCs, (13) 34-inch Gaming Monitors, (1) 1-GiG 16 port Switch, and (2) personnel for installation and testing.� The contractor shall include all required cables, equipment, tools, and ancillary devices required to ensure the classrooms are fully functional and able to meet all JTAC training objectives.� All hardware items shall be able to support the existing software and future upgrades.� Each PC shall have the Joint Fire Support Executive Steering Committee (JFS ESC) fully accredited MACE proprietary software (for advance JTAC training systems) loaded on the computer to include the first-year licensing cost.� Additional licenses will be procured annually for the life of the contract to include any updates.� � The vendor shall also be required to provide full and complete installation for these devices and on call support for system maintenance.�� This effort is for a 5-year period of performance. Interested vendors will reply by the posted date with a not more than 10-page PDF white paper outlining your ability to perform each task as listed above, including having licensed proprietary software in your possession, and prepared to install.
