- Description
- The United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis the Mid-Range Capability (MRC) Technology Insertion Contract (TIC) requirement. The government plans to award a new contract utilizing cost reimbursement contract type for an estimated 36 month period of performance. Efforts include�Recurring Technical Support and Product Delivery Work to include technology improvements through the application of Modification Kits into the Mid-Range Capability (MRC) Weapon System.� Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 ""Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements,"" this will be a sole source requirment restricted to�Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), Commercial and Government Entity Code 02769 located at 199 Borton Landing RD Moorestown, NJ 08057-3054.
