Kneza Aleksandra Karadjordjevica 92, ����������� 11040 Belgrade, Serbia Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Embassy located in Belgrade; Serbia intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for media monitoring services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. �Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. 19RB1024Q0304 and the NAICS code is 516210. All the terms and conditions, provisions, and clauses in the RFQ # 19RB1024Q0304 apply to this solicitation. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror�s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. All questions shall be submitted by 5:00PM, UTC+1 Belgrade time on March 13, 2024.� The USG is not obligated to answer questions submitted after this time.� All reasonable questions submitted by the date listed above will be answered on this web page. Delivery:� See Section 1. - THE SCHEDULE of the 19RB1024Q0304 RFQ This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03, published February 23, 2024; and the Department of State Acquisition Regulation (DOSAR). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with quoters. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. Quote packages are due by 5:00 pm, Belgrade time (UTS+1) March 20, 2024. Late quotes will not be considered. �Please fill in clauses in Section 5 of the RFQ as they apply to your business. Quote packages shall be sent to BLG-Procurement@state.gov . Please include a cover sheet that provides the following information: 1. Official Company Name; 2. Point of contact including email, name and phone number; and 3.
