- The National Park Service (NPS), Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing combined sol/synopsis to repair and replace deteriorated roofing and gutter systems on two park housing units (B423 and B424) in the Highlands District. Location near address 5580 Shulls Mill Rd, Blowing Rock, NC, 28605. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement . The NAICS 238160, Roofing Contractors $19M In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Period of Performance - 60 days from NTP approx. 6/1/2024 to 11/30/2024 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
