Description: This is a Design-Build contract. The awarded contractor shall be provided with bridging documents that the contractor shall develop to 100% final design.� The project scope includes complete design and construction services of the New American Center on the east side of the existing Admin Compound. The proposed American Center facility includes but is not limited to the New American Center (2200 GSM), New Pedestrian Compound Access Control, New Utility Structures (Electrical Demarc Room, Pump Room, and Chiller Yard), and Perimeter Wall Upgrades.
