- The Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, transportation, supplies and materials and perform all work necessary to apply markings on all airfield pavements located on Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana (GARB).� The scope of work shall also include runway rubber removal, friction testing, and paint removal.� Solicitation Dates: Solicitation Released - 3/13/2024 Tentative Site Visit - 3/28/2024 (Shall submit Base Application Forms to the Contracting Officer for contractors and/or subcontractors at least three business days prior to the site visit) Questions Due - 4/2/2024 Government Answers May be Provided by: 4/5/2024 Proposals Due: 4/15/2024 by 10am local time
