- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Information Technology Category (ITC) identified a need for six (6) Coding It Forward Fellows in support of relevant tasks and projects within the agency. The Government intends to award a sole source (brand name) purchase order to Reveal Global Consulting LLC, 342 North Queen Street, Lancaster, PA 17603-3072 using procedures outlined in FAR 13.106-1(b); as there is only one responsible source, and no other supplies or service will satisfy the agency requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under number 47QTCB24Q0008 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested from the anticipated awardee and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement provides six (6) fellows during the 2024 summer term. The Government requires part-time fellows (current students and recent graduates) with skills in cybersecurity, data science and analytics, design, product management, and software engineering. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted for future requirements. Interested parties may submit a description of their capabilities to successfully satisfy a requirement for Coding It Forward Fellows.
