(ABOA): 7,200 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 60 months Firm Term: 0 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: None The United States Government intends to award a renewal option under the existing lease using other than full and open competition for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Grand Rapids, Michigan at the Grand Rapids City Airport. The Government requires 7,200 ANSI/BOMA office area and 15 parking spaces
