- Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W519TC24Q2206 for the purchase of 70,000 pounds of Zinc Oxide in support of Pine Bluff Arsenals� (PBA) M116 Production line. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract with a 100% quantity option. This solicitation is posted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. TO ACCESS THE DRAWING PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING STEPS: 1) Request for access at the Attachments section below. Request must be made below by your company's Data Custodian. This will go to our Contract Opportunites team who will provide the access.� If you are denied, they will provide a reason. 2) Send the below contract specialist an email with your FULLY CERTIFIED DD2345.
