N0016423RWP09 � COMPETITIVE - Overhaul and Repair of the MK99 FCS, MK81 SPG62 Antenna, and MK82 Gun and Guided Missile Director � PSC J020/5840 � NAICS 334511 Issue Date: 15 FEB 2023 � Closing Date: 17 MAR 2023 � 4:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the overhaul and repair for the MK99 Fire Control System (FCS), MK81 Director Group�s SPG62 Antenna, and MK82 Gun and Guided Missile Director. MK99 FCS is the illuminator for the AEGIS Weapons System in support of United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). NSWC Crane intends to issue a five (5) year, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), competitive, non-commercial solicitation in the third (3) quarter of FY23 at an anticipated dollar value of $17,000,000. The Navy intends to solicit this contract on a small business set-aside basis IAW FAR 6.203. Delivery is required FOB Destination NSWC Crane.� The solicitation will be made available posted on sam.gov.� All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https:/sam.gov/.� For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award. The Statement of Work (SOW) is a controlled attachment protected by a Distribution D Statement. Contractors may request access to view the SOW when viewing this synopsis. Contractors that may have input on the SOW are encouraged to return comments, questions, and concerns to the below contract specialist. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov.
