- The New York Army National Guard has requested a requirement for Catering (Prepare and Serve on Site) at Camp Smith Training Site DFAC # 504/505, 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd., Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 from 21 MAR - 19 APR 2024. This solicitation includes a base award (21-31MAR 2024) and one(1) option (06-19 APR 2024).�Meal Menu selections, daily meal quantities and serving times are located on the attached Feeding schedules. Pricing Document for Vendors (attached) to be used for price RFQ submissions.� Menu information is in the NYARNG 21 Day (Catering) Menus. Terms and Conditions are located in the PWS and attached to this RFQ. Meal times specified in the attached PWS, changes to the schedule will be coordinated with the Govt. POC after award. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. All Offeror�s must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov. Note: this is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is a small business set-aside under NAICS 722320, Size Standard $8M. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the RFQ attached. One Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the PWS's and RFQ and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide one quote. Quotes due on 18 March 2024, 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time via Email to Melissa Santoro at Melissa.Santoro2.civ@army.mil CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. **All future amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov, it is the vendor's responsibility to check if any amendments have been issued at least 24 hours prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Individual notifications for amendments will not be sent. attachment.**
