- USTRANSCOM seeks sources for the conversion and preparation of documents, converting low-resolution pdf documents or older versions of Microsoft Word documents, to current Microsoft Word document format using USTRANSCOM-provided Word document templates. 3/8/2024: USTRANSCOM anticipates posting Q&A responses early the week of 3/11/2024. As a result, the response due date has been extended to 3/19/2024. � 3/15/2024: Q&As have been posted. The response due date has been extended to 3/22/2024.
