- As of 18 March 2024: Amendment 0006 is posted to provide sign-in sheet from recent site visit.� As of 8 March 2024: Amendment 0005 is posted to provide site visit date.� As of 5 March 2024: Extend bid opening date.� As of 21 February 2024: Extend bid opening date. As of 16 February 2024: Extend bid opening date, provide copy of sign-in sheet and survey photos from the recent site visit to Ft Drum.� As of 31 January 2024: Amendment 0001 posted to provide site visit date, updated specs, and NDA attachment.� The New York District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract through the Invitation to Bid (IFB) for the construction an In-Flight Interceptor Communications System (IFICS) Data Terminal (IDT) Shielded Auxiliary (Aux) Power Generation Facility (Emergency).� The scope of work includes construction of an In-Flight Interceptor Communications System (IFICS) Data Terminal (IDT) Shielded Auxiliary (Aux) Power Generation Facility (Emergency). Primary facilities include generator, enclosure, automatic transfer switch(s), Switchgear, lightning protection features, and equipment grounding/bonding. Special Construction includes High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP)/ElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI) shielding in accordance with MIL-STD-188-125. Project also includes utilities, fire protection and alarm systems, mechanical and electrical systems, heating and cooling, and pavements, walks, and curbs. Low Impact Development Integrated Management Practices (LID-IMPs) measures will be provided. Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards will be provided. Cyber Security Measures will be incorporated into this project. The media selected for issuance of Synopsis/Solicitation and amendments shall solely be at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, the media utilized for this project shall be the internet. Telephone, email or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted or honored. Paper copies of this solicitation and amendments, if any, will not be available or issued. All vendors who want access to the solicitation must be registered with SAM. Business opportunities can be located in SAM. To keep informed of changes, check https://www.sam.gov frequently. Project specification files and drawings are portable document files (PDF). Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM.Gov prior to award.
