Description

3/18/2024:� The following questions were submitted after the site visit and the answers are provided for all potential offerors: 1.��Are the breakers needed to be tested by primary injection or by secondary injection? Answer:� The breakers do not need to be tested via primary or secondary injection. 2.��Are you wanting individual quotes for each part (breaker testing, switchgear testing and infrared testing)? Answer:� No.� Only a monthly price for all services and parts. 3.��Do I need to break each down per individual service rendered or by each year? Answer:� Quote a monthly price that includes all services.� Also do this for the option years. Payment will be made on a monthly basis. 3/14/2024:� Amendment 0001� Removed all refrences to SF1449 and section A.� The CSS does not contain these.� See attachmend Amendment. Orignal RFQ posting:��This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for UPS maintenance at the North Little Rock AR Veterans Affairs Medical Center.� It is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. There will be a site visit on 3/15/2024.�� Offers must include their certification concerning the Limitations on Subcontracting for SDVOSB's.
