- Purpose: The purpose of this amendment (0002), to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation, is to provide responses to questions posed by interested parties. Refer to Attachment D for the detailed question and answer information. The submission time and date for quotations remains unchanged. All other requirements of the combined Synopsis/Solicitation remain the same. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside using NAICS code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors; This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 effective 12/22/2023. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued. The requirement is to provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective/Extra Maintenance (CM) of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment at the Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO) located in Loveland, CO. Refer to the solicitation attachments for Price Schedule, Clauses and Provisions, Detailed Performance Work Statement and DOL Wage Determination. All correspondence regarding this Solicitation should reference: RFQ No. 140R6024Q0038 - ECAO HVAC System Maintenance in the subject line. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist by March 13, 2024. Any questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered. Please read the enclosed clause FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services thoroughly for evaluation of quotations and award information. All quotations will be evaluated by technical capabilities, past performance and Cost/Price. NOTE: All quotations MUST be submitted in one package. All interested vendors are highly encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to submission of quotes to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the governments requirement.
